I have cared for and listened to my salon guests in an effort to find out what needs and expectations are most important when choosing a salon to call home. Every member of my team begins their career at The Salon as a Protégé Stylist, allowing me the opportunity to fine-tune their foundational knowledge of hairdressing as well as ingraining the importance of elevating the experience of each guest. As an International Platform Artist, I also have access to unique insight and resources that allow me to keep your Design Team up to date on advancements in technology, artistry, technique, and product knowledge.

Waiting List:
Should your preferred reservation day and/or time be unavailable, we strongly encourage you to schedule for the next available reservation time that meets your needs and request that your client care coordinator add your name to our waiting list. Our waiting list will be referenced immediately following any reservation cancellations to offer additional scheduling options to those guests.

Scheduling and Pricing Guidelines:
APPOINTMENT DURATION AND LISTED PRICING ARE ESTIMATED BASED ON HAIR WITH AVERAGE DENSITY AND LENGTH. ANY ADJUSTMENTS IN ESTIMATED PRICING CAN BE DISCUSSED DURING YOUR CONSULTATION PRIOR TO PERFORMING ANY SERVICE. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO DISCUSS ANY BUDGET ALLOWANCE OR TIME RESTRICTIONS DURING YOUR CONSULTATION AND WE WILL GLADLY ACCOMMODATE TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITIES.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR HAIRCUT, HAIRCOLOR, OR EXTENSION SERVICE, PLEASE CONTACT THE SALON WITHIN ONE WEEK (7 CALENDAR DAYS) FROM THE DATE THAT THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED. I and my team will be happy to discuss COMPLIMENTARY MODIFICATIONS OR ADJUSTMENTS, as well HOME MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS, and/or ADDITIONAL SERVICE OPTIONS that we can offer to further customize and maintain your salon service(s). Any adjustments requested after 7-days from the date that the service in question was performed will be scheduled as a follow-up service and will incur additional cost.
Services performed by Apprentice/Protégé Stylists are understood to be a part of their entry-level training and are priced accordingly. Request for modifications or adjustments by higher level designer will incur additional cost.
Cancellation Policy:
We request 24 hours notice for any reservation cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hour notice may result in a cancellation fee of at least 50% of the scheduled services. All cancellation or no-show fees are paid directly to your stylist. JEREMY STEPHENS SALON RECEIVES NO REVENUE FROM CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW FEES.
